Planner Investment Guide

Travel fees are provided on a custom basis for sessions and events outside of Boise, Idaho. While traveling for destination events, I always arrive 24-48 hours prior to the event.

My booking process requires a retainer equal to about 30% of the full investment as well as a signed contract. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to the event.

The contract and invoice are sent upon request to the client’s email address.

Payment can be received directly from the invoice via ACH transfer or via check made to “Studio Ostendo, Co.”

Client facing proposals: This investment guide is intended for planners only. I am happy to create a custom proposal for your clients upon request.

Scheduling for engagement sessions is available upon booking. I will schedule through the planner or directly with the client based on planner/client preference.

Portrait galleries are delivered within 2-4 weeks.

Wedding galleries are delivered within 6 weeks.

Clients may order an album at any point in the process. Album and print information will be shared with the client directly after the wedding day.
