We met Ashley and Larry at the Idaho State Capitol building for their downtown Boise engagement session on a warm summer evening—the sun uncharacteristically covered by clouds for an Idaho summer night. Ashley and Larry met a few years ago in a small city in Central Illinois. As fellow friends turned soul mates, we love how they became quick friends, their relationship evolving into romance. After dreaming of moving to a spot where they could spend more time outside, they made the move to Boise after their jobs went remote during the pandemic. As we walked and talked with them around downtown Boise, they told us about their recent adventures kayaking, hiking, attending outdoor dinner concerts and exploring downtown Boise—adventurers at heart, they live life to the fullest and love doing it together!
Larry proposed last month at the top of a 10,000 foot peak in the Sawtooth Mountains, an unforgettable trip to kick off their engagement! Now they are planning a luxurious mountain wedding, and we can't wait to see their vision come to life!
