It was a sunny spring day for Crayton and Jess’s intimate Chicago wedding at the London House Cupola! Their immediate families and closest friends all present to celebrate with them, Jess and Crayton had a beautiful London House wedding. In town for a destination wedding of sorts, Crayton and Jess chose the London House because of its amazing views of Chicago and its personal significance. Crayton proposed to Jess in the London House Cupola, so having their intimate wedding there seemed like the perfect ode to their love story.
Located on Michigan Avenue and Wacker Drive in the heart of Chicago, the London House is a perfect location for a Chicago wedding. For Crayton and Jess, this made it easy to meander down the crowded city streets with their family and friends following their ceremony. We stopped at iconic Chicago photo locations along the way, like the Wrigley Building and the Chicago Riverwalk. Eventually they ended up at the Langham to continue their wedding celebration.

When it comes to Chicago rooftop locations, the London House Cupola has some of the most amazing views down the river and of the Wrigley Building. London House weddings in the Cupola have private access to the Cupola itself as well as the patio just outside of it.
Crayton and Jess had a beautiful intimate ceremony officiated by Kari from Wedding Day Chicago. They planned each detail for their special celebration. Two of my favorites were the inclusion of original music composed by the groom, as well as a ring warming ceremony where each of their guests held their wedding rings to offer well wishes, prayers or positive thoughts for the couple and their marriage journey.
After Crayton and Jess were pronounced husband and wife, they spent a few minutes hugging all their guests before celebrating with a champagne toast in the London House Cupola. With tears streaming down their faces as they hugged their family and friends, then joyful smiles as they toasted to a perfect day celebrating with their loved ones, it was a beautiful atmosphere of love and celebration!
Before our time was up in the London House Cupola, we had to spend a few minutes getting wedding photos of the happy couple!
